Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with customer communication and sales order processing
- Manage customer accounts, maintain customer data and provide support to resolve customer issues
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Collaborate with sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on customer needs and market trends
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Maintain an uptodate knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
- Detailoriented and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
Salary:
QAR3, QAR5,000.00 per month
