We are currently seeking passionate and energetic kitchen professionals who are delighted with their ability to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our guests.


As Commis you are responsible for the daily food preparation in the kitchen cold section and support the Demi Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors
  • Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce highquality meals
  • Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings
  • Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items
  • Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary
  • Plates meal items under the chef de partie's supervision
  • Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
