ME Visual WLL is a leading Event Management and Advertising Display Fabrication company that has been operating in Doha for over 12 years.

  • We operate out of our offices in the Corniche area along with our production facility in the Industrial Area. This amplifies our ability to be flexible with our clients as we do almost everything inhouse. We thrive on the creativity of our people and have the equipment and personnel to bring those concepts to life._


We are looking to add likeminded people to our team at a junior level who wish to develop a career in Event Management.


Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Attending Client meetings and site visits
  • Creative concept brainstorming sessions
  • Loads of unique Powerpoint slide creation
  • Working with our Graphic Designers to visualise concepts
  • Contacting suppliers for pricing
  • Building quotations
  • Supervision of Bump in and Bump Out of Event site
  • Management support of Event
  • Managing suppliers and having contingencies ready
  • Some Event Management experience (at university or at work)
  • A keen interest or passion in Events
  • Super Powerpoint skills (Excel and Word skills also needed)
  • Top communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
  • A likeable character that will gel with our team

Salary:
QAR3, QAR5,000.00 per month
