The Junior Quality Control Specialist assists the Senior Garment Technologist in managing the flow of samples during both development and production stages.

The Junior Quality Control Specialist works closely with the design team and Senior Garment Technologist to ensure timely and smooth delivery of samples for Design Hub's private labels and projects.

Product Development Stage

• Collect and update master data to start sample development.
• Liage required documents (patterns, stitching mock-ups, comments) between the Senior Garment Technologist and manufacturers.
• Compare and check size specifications in TDS at different stages to ensure samples are ready on time.
• Communicate major stitching and finishing adjustments to vendors.
• Organize and manage the showroom and storage for easy access to fitting references.
• Coordinate product priorities between the Senior Garment Technologist and designers to help release size specifications efficiently.

Production Stage

• Collect and update information in the master file for pre-production fabric and trim approvals.
• Assist the Senior Garment Technologist and Design Team in reviewing pre - production samples and share feedback with vendors.
• Request photo and video content from partners before shipping pre-production samples to HQ.
• Coordinate the quantity and timely delivery of salesman samples according to project and contract requirements

Requirement:

1—2 years of experience in apparel quality control, garment technology, or product development.
Familiarity with TDS (Technical Data Sheets), size specifications, and garment fitting processes.
Experience in sample management, showroom organization, or vendor communication is an advantage.
