    • Ensure the services are up to therequired standard.
    • Always open the hotel doorsto all guests, arriving and departing by extending friendly andwarm welcome with gratitude
    • Ensure prompt andefficient handling of all guest luggage and the luggage store whileadhering to safety and securityprotocols.
    • Assure every luggage is covered witha baggage claim tag.
    • Organize, manage andsupervise the delivery and retrieval of luggage while managingspeedy and efficient parking of cars especially, during largeevents.
    • Parking of guests and visitors vehiclesin the designated hotel parking area.
    • Resolveguests complaints/ requests and liaise with the departmentconcerned to ensure immediately followup.
