We are seeking for very detail oriented and highly efficient Senior Interior Designer who can undertake design projects from concept to completion to be part of our team.

• Providing solutions to resolve design issues
• Undertaking design project from concept to completion
• Defining project requirements and schedule during the "brief"
• Setting costs and project fees according to budget
• Researching and taking decisions on materials and products sourcing
• Reviewing construction documents to ensure that specifications meet design requirements
• Advising client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings or equipment and color coordination
• Developing schematic design from established project program and client needs
• Compiling data and performs computations. Prepares specifications, reports and related data tables.
• Managing the design process from start to finish by overseeing contractors, scheduling meetings with clients and other team members
