    Works within the JOC to coordinate andschedules helicopter bookings and routings for all offshorepersonnel ensuring the best possible service is provided by beingon time and obtaining the best optimized travel schedule.

    Controlsall supply and support craft to achieve an efficient and costeffective service within the JMPLOC

    Plans and scheduleshelicopters and supply vessels in support of all offshoreoperations, including JV Companies, by assessing, calculating andassigning loads, capacity, operational priorities, and routeeconomy.


    • Liaises and co-ordinates the timelydelivery of materials and cargo between users and contractors tomeet ship and aircraft loading schedules thereby ensuring viabilityof planned movements, and involving considerable external liaisonwith contract suppliers, haulers, material handlers, port securityand user departments
    • Schedules andprioritizes deliveries of cement, drilling chemicals, diesel fuel,water, and all other bulk required by offshore locations in orderto maintain production and drillingoperations
    • Resolves conflicts in passengerand cargo bookings to offshore locations using computer basedlogistics systems such as overbooked flights and payload issues,liaising and coordinating new departure schedules between thebooking personnel of each company and the heliport that willultimately meet the requirements of each company, and to ensurethat at no single time more than one logistics activity isoperating at any offshore location (e.g. cargo offloading duringhelicopter landing).
    • Abstracts and collatesinformation from offshore locations and ports on behalf of QatarArmed Forces aircraft/vessels, including producing daily statusreports for the military and organization of fuelling, landing,routing through rig protected zones and ports, and using thatknowledge to conduct critical safety deconfliction for militaryassets with QP/JV's own logistics assets, based upon anassessment of the operational information provided from themilitary against the scheduled movements of theday.
    • Acts as'Super-User' for the bespoke cloud-basedlogistics IT systems which are national systems critical to dailymanagement of offshore platforms. Receives calls from users andfixes any technical issues encountered, or grants new access to thesystem upon confirming approval with the companies authorizedsignatory
