    JobContent:
    AnIT System Administrator will be responsible for handling theoperation and maintenance of KM servers and storage systemscollaborating with the IT team and vendor performing routinemaintenance andsupport


    ROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Configuring and maintaining the Servers including hardware systemsoftware and applications. Ensuring data isstored securely and backed up regularly.
    Diagnosing and resolving hardware software networking and systemissues when they arise. Replacing andupgrading defective or outdated components whennecessary. Monitoring system performance toensure everything runs smoothly andsecurely. Researching and recommending newapproaches to improve the servers Providingtechnical support when requested.
    Documenting any processes which employees need to follow tosuccessfully work within our computingsystem. 24/7 support

    REQUIREDCOMPETENCIES
    Good command in English Extremely diligentand attentive to details. Effectivecommunicator at all levels with excellent English writingskills Ability to cope under pressure andbalancing multiple priorities. Strongunderstanding of project management and ITgovernance.

    EXPERIENCEANDQUALIFICATION
    A relevant IT bachelor s degree MCSE/CCNA VMWARE Azure GCPCertification is an advantage


    ITILCertified Experience:
    Total of 10 years ofexperience in the same field.
