Provide expert consultation on complex diagnostic cases integrating laboratory findings with clinical information to guide patient management oversee and interpret a wide range of laboratory tests including hematology clinical chemistry microbiology and molecular pathology ensuring accuracy and clinical relevance develop and implement quality control and quality assurance programs within the laboratory adhering to accreditation standards best practices collaborate with clinical colleagues including physicians surgeons other healthcare professionals to optimize laboratory test utilization improve patient outcomes.
