• Supports in deliveringthe store annual sales targets
• Assists in maintaining propercoverage and schedule so as to ensure the store maintains highlevels of customer service
• Conducts store operations audits toensure compliance with the required store standard operatingpolicies
• Oversees the store's after sales processes andensures full adherence to repair/return policies and proceduresthrough proper communication with internal stakeholders.
• Ensurescustomer needs are met, complaints are resolved and customerservice provided is of exceptional standard; identifies current andfuture customer requirements by establishing rapports withpotential and existing customers
• Ensures that visualmerchandising standards are achieved and that products aredisplayed in accordance with brand policy
• Ensures promotions andpricing are accurate and in tune with company standards andpolicies.
• Generates and analyzes sales reports and providesinsights to maximize stock potential; reports on the performance ofnew and core collections
• Submits daily invoices and sales recapto Finance
• Executes store operations including cash handling,inventory taking and record keeping in line withcompany's standard operating procedures
• Maintainsproper loss prevention standards and ensures compliance with cashhandling, fraud and theft of products
• Manages inventory such asin-bound movement of goods, receiving, stocking, restocking,transfers and managing inventory discrepancies
• Ensures interiorand exterior of the store are clean and maintained to company andbrand standards
• Directs the team to follow standard operatingprocedures and store appearance standards
