Job Purpose:
To recover the overdue payments while maintaining the relationship with the customer. Maximize recovery and minimize loss by using every possible strategy.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field


Minimum Experience:
5 years of relevant experience in a similar role and industry


Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):
Proficiency in English, Arabic is preferred

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office


Key Accountabilities:
Liaise with customers for overdue payments and agree on a payment plan. Ensure timely collection of payments.

Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law, corporate policies, and procedures. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc forecasting reports. Supports financial planning by forecasting collections.

Liaise with finance, customer service and ERP team and update customer ageing report on regular basis.


Salary:
From QAR15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
