The Facility Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing a team of cleaning staff, laundry, housekeeping and facility stewards, undertaking daily inspections of the Park and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.

The minimum requirements for the vacancy are as follows:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent field of study.
  • 35 years' experience at a supervisory or team lead capacity in Facility Management, Housekeeping or equivalent field of work
  • Train new staff members, assign tasks to facility staff, and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time.
  • Strong Inventory Management skills, preparing reports and tracking and usage of existing inventory
  • Knowledge of usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment, chemicals and machinery
  • Well organized and reliable
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Salary:
From QAR4,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
