- Performs as a link in relationtoPR & Marketing matters in between MIA and centralMarketing& Communication Department.
- Serves asaFocal Point of all PR & Marketing matters for allMIArelated activities (exhibitions, Learning &Outreach,events, etc)
- Strategically plans PR&Marketing activities within MIA in close collaborationwith centralMarketing and Communication Department so as to alignstrategicplanning.
- Provides regular updates to QM onMIAactivities.
- Coordinates with social media teamthecontent of social media accounts andwebsite.
- Drafts andedits content copy forsocial media, and other digitalmedia.
- Maintains and coordinates in updatingwebsite content inclose coordination with Digital ExperienceDepartment.
- Assists all MIA staff with issuesthat are PR &Marketingrelated.
- Coordinates with Central MarketingandCommunication Department so as to liaise with relevantmediaoutlets concerning latest information on MIAactivities.
- Creates and maintains a medialibrary to share and usewith publications for annual catalogueprint, also for usage inpromotional materials andnews.
- Provides continuousefforts toincorporate new technologies to enhance digitalcommunications,i.e. blog, Facebook, or any such socialmediaplatforms.
- Identifies, develops andmanagesmultimedia content in close coordination with CentralMarketing andCommunication and DigitalExperienceDepartments.
