    Job Purpose

    Implement the NFXPProject Environmental Management Program during the NFS onplot FEEDactivities to ensure compliance with the State of Qatar, RLIC andQG requirements and provide oversight to FEED Contractors to ensureperformance standards are obtained andsustained.

    Qualifications Bachelor or Associates degreein Engineering/ Science from a recognized university and ten (10+)years experience in the Oil & Gas industry in environmentalfield field or in lieu of a degree, minimum of twenty years ofexperience in environmental or regulatory matters.

    Formal auditqualification NEBOSH certificate / diploma will be an addedadvantage
    Knowledge and/or Experience
    Minimumten (10) years experience in the environmental field Experience inmajor Construction Projects (including brown-field work) with totalcapital expenditure >USD$1G Experience in developing ESHIAstudies will be an added advantage

    Job Purpose:

    Ensures the timely completion of the all environmental studiesincluding the Environmental Baseline Study (EBS) and EnvironmentalSocial Health Impact Assessment (ESHIA), including MME approval andissuance of consent to construct.

    Supports PMT engineers, analystsand staff to implement the NFXP Project Environmental ManagementPrograms during the FEED. Contributes to the establishment,maintenance and improvement of Environmental Management Programs tofulfil environmental permit, legal and other requirements as wellas NFXP Project s Environmental Management System guidelines forthe NFS onplot

    Key Result Areas:

    Ensure that allenvironmental studies are competed in full compliance withenvironmental permit, legal and other requirements as well as NFXPProject s Environmental Management System guidelines, and withinthe timeframe of the FEED.

    Ensure that FEED Contractor policies andprocedures (Environmental deliverables) are developed and complywith reference framework Supports FEED Contractors with complianceto requirements of the MME Consent to Construct.

    Support andensures that Environmental deliverables are completed on time andat the right quality
