    • Develop and implement environmentallyfriendly processes and procedures for food preparation, energy useand waste management in the restaurant.
    • Checksthe quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure thatstandards are met.
    • Assists in determining howfood should be presented and creates decorative fooddisplays.
