About the Role:
As a
Safety Supervisor, you will be
responsible for overseeing and enhancing the safety protocols of our residential compound.

Your primary goal will be to
ensure the well-being and safety of all residents, visitors, and staff within the compound by implementing, monitoring, and enforcing robust safety measures and regulations.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular safety inspections of the residential compound to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local safety regulations and international best practices.

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in coordination with management and local authorities.
  • Organize and lead safety training sessions for all compound staff and conduct emergency drills to ensure preparedness in case of an incident.
  • Maintain and update emergency response plans and safety protocol documentation.
  • Investigate accidents or incidents within the compound to determine causes and devise preventive measures.
  • Report on safety performance and suggest improvements to the management team.
  • Liaise with local health and safety regulatory bodies to ensure the compound meets all required safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field

Professional certification in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or OSHA.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety supervisory role, preferably within a residential or community setting.
  • Strong understanding of Qatari health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
