Operations Manager is expected to manage assigned job area/task with full responsibility.

Reporting to Senior Operations Manager, the OM is accountable for the overall safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective management of their team.

You will be expected to effectively lead a team to deliver superior results across all areas of their responsibility.

You will use your management skills to develop a culture of trust and to cultivate the best by inspiring, challenging and promoting our workforce.

Leading by example, you will promote and ensure the Health & Safety of all our team members.

You will ensure all quantitative and qualitative measures are met including those related to accountability, reliability, labour utilization, and resource optimization.

You will manage a team of supervisors, team leaders and specialists (cleaners or equipment operators depending on the area of assigned task).


Salary:
QAR8, QAR12,000.00 per month
