Brief Major Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the maintenance team, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure all equipment, machinery, and facilities are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and increase equipment lifespan.
  • Develop and maintain a schedule for regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance team members.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost
- effective procurement of materials and services.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
  • Oversee maintenance for the packing machine as well.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager/

Qualification / Experience / Availability:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field. at least 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in agricultural or greenhouse farming.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as HVAC systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team of technicians and providing technical guidance.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
