Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments and arranging for necessary tests or procedures.
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate and uptodate medical records.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols to ensure patient safety and privacy.
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on nursing best practices and advancements.
- Advocate for patients' needs and rights, including ensuring that their cultural, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Valid nursing license in Qatar QCHP License
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or similar role.
- Knowledge of nursing care processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
