    Scope and Objectives The Supervisor has toplan and implement to the Attendants the daily activities forchildren, the safety and brief them in maintaining a clean andorderly room and the Kids Club centre.

    Key Responsibilities andTasks

    • Treats each child with dignity and respect.
    • Recognizes and considers the individual needs of eachchild.
    • Helps children learn to think creatively, andrespect themselves and others.
    • Supervise the attendantsin planning and implementing of the daily program for children.
    • Check and ensure that all kids have a registration formon file.
    • Supervise the works of Attendants to preventinjuries and accidents, and handles appropriately if they occur.
    • Make sure that Attendants will attend the team membertraining sessions, meetings, and programs as required.
    • Supervise & shares with the responsibility of maintaining aclean, orderly room and the Club centre.
    • Performs otherrelated duties as requested by the manager.
    • Supervise& report problems, injuries, and hazards promptly if cannothandle to the Kids Club Manager.
    • Supervise &assist Attendants if needed to dress kids and change diapers.
    • Check & supervise the work of Attendants basedon proper security procedures ensure that every kid and parent hassigned in and signed out in our sign in and sign out form.
    • Brief & supervise the Attendants to organize andstore toys and materials to ensure order in Kids Club area.
    • Assign, supervise, & perform housekeeping dutiesin the Kids Club area as needed.
    • Check the Attendants tosanitize the toys and play equipment on weekly basis.
    • Interact with the children in a positive and age-appropriatemanner.
    • Physically and mentally reacts appropriately tounexpected circumstances.
    • To check & ensure thatAttendants can be able to stoop and bend to interact onchildren's level throughout the day.
    • Ensurethat all necessary paperwork is completed as needed within the day& meet the monthly report deadlines. Qualifications
    • List any licenses or certifications required by theposition: CPR/AED, First Aid
    • Relevant degree such asHigh School and College Degree in General Education, Education,Early Childhood Education, Management, Tourism, Hospitality,Communications, Teaching, Hospitality and Tourism ManagementAdditional Information The hotel reserves the right to revise alljob descriptions from time to time as business needs demand.
