As an investmentexecutive within the private assets team, your role will encompass:
Contribute to shaping and executing strategic plans forthe funds and assigned sub-asset classes, collaborating withexternal investment managers
Drive the creation of aco-investment pipeline, ensuring alignment with risk-appetite foroptimal returns, benefiting both the internal investment andregional teams
Oversee portfolio reviews and monitoringprocesses to guarantee investments consistently surpass respectivebenchmarks on a risk-adjusted basis
Take a lead role inthe establishment of local funds, focusing on venture capital andfund of funds, actively promoting Doha as an appealing hub forforeign asset businesses Who we are looking for
In-depthexpertise in private asset classes and growth/venture relationshipsat a high level or deep expertise in growth/venture
Background from an alternative asset manager, specialised fund offund boutique or fund advisory. Investment banking and broaderadvisory backgrounds will also be considered
Demonstrated ability to strategise and execute plans for privateequity funds or similar financial institutions
Preferably, regional experience with an understanding of the gulfinvestment landscape
Fluency in English. Proficiency inArabic is advantageous
Educational background of aBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevantfield
