    Job Title: HVACService Supervisor or HVAC Lead orManager

    Aboutthe Role:

    An immediate opening forMid tier leadership role in commercial Heating & Air.Overseeing HVAC Technicians, managing team talent, projects,budgeting and customer service with a stable growing company withcommunity connection in the Ft Collinsarea.

    • This is a full-timeposition with overtime options depending onworkload

    • Pay rate$110-115K

    Responsibilities:

    • OverseeField personnel & field operations for variousprojects
    • Manage financialaspects of agreements, scheduling and timelines in thefield
    • Coordinate tasks andoperations withdispatcher
    • Communicate withcustomers building loyalty, other field, office managers and salesteam (for potential opportunities) during project
    • Problem solving andresponding quickly as needed to customers
    • Provide reports &manage equipment, materials and toolusage
    • Build into customerrelationships for repeatbusiness

    Requirements:

    • 10years of customer service in Commercial HVAC Tech / fieldexperience
    • Leadershipexperience- building and maintaining teammorale
    • Staff development& training including developing safety training plans withService Manager
    • Safetyconscious andable to follow & implement safety protocols
    • Knowledge of chillers,boilers, vibration and oilanalysis
    • Understanding ofhealthcare, data center, assisted living, commercial office,industrial and powergeneration
    • Clean Drivingrecord
    • Universal EPACertificate required, HVAC Diploma (preferred)
    • Able to lift and move up to75 lbs
    • Correctable vision to20/20 & hearing correctable to normalrange
