Job Description:

Manage Project Initiation, Feasibility & Early Concept Optimization Studies for Dukhan development projects.

Work with Onshore Development, Project Engineering & Operations on Studies strategies & plans.

Develop and manage the schedule & cost.

Manage contracts (including changes and variations) for the Studies.

Manage review & finalization of Study deliverables.

Manage and communicate performance, implement lessons learnt & participate in audits and reviews.

Manage transition of projects during and after Studies to Project Engineering.

Support engineering definition, operational requirements and philosophies into the project, construction activities, operational readiness and assurance process including commissioning and start-up, handover, and close outs.

Identify threats, opportunities, and constraints to the projects, and evaluate risk mitigations.

Identify and evaluate new technologies.

Support pilot projects.
