Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


Customer Interaction:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Issue Resolution:


  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve prompt resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Information Provision:


  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Ritaj Facility Management services, policies, and procedures to customers.
  • Assist customers in navigating and utilizing our services effectively.

Customer Satisfaction:


  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service in every interaction.

Documentation:


  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the company database.
  • Document and report recurring customer issues to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Share customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Empathy and a customercentric mindset.
  • Ability to handle stress and remain calm in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively.
