• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance oranother Quantitative Field
• Experience in Sales/tradingin the asian crypto landscape, with traditional finance backgroundas a plus.
• Prior experience with counterpartyrelationship management in a crypto/financial services company withhigh-volume and complex operations (multiple products, multiplegeographies);
• Experience in an HFT/market makingbusiness is a significant advantage
• Ability to analyzeand work with tabular data
• Experience in processimprovement is a significant advantage
• Strong interestand curiosity in blockchain technology, crypto/digital assets
• Proven track record in discover, negotiation, objectionhandling, and market best practices
• Excellent writtenand verbal communication and presentation skills and the ability toexpress thoughts logically and succinctly
• Drive to dowhatever it takes to get things done; ability to find creative yethighly professional and compliant solutions to complex tasks
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset. results-oriented, andable to drive business and growth agendas independently but withina team environment
• Effective communicator, and able topresent business and product solutions to external stakeholders.
• Ability to grow innovative OTC and liquidity solutionsacross the various institutional market participants.
• Solid understanding of electronic trading systems, liquidity andtrading ecosystems, OMS/EMS, and API connectivity B2B solutions.
