- Analyse and generate the economicand financial decisions made by MME regarding the initiation of PPPproject.
- Perform research based ondata (made available by other and / or generated by him / herself) foreconomic analysis, developing economics models of possiblescenarios, then applying a variety of quantitative and qualitativeanalytical methods, such as cost-benefit, business case, NPV, IRR,and risk-sensitivity analyses.
- Interpret complex analysis into understandable reports to presentand explain the economics modelling andprojections.
- Liaising with theappropriate stakeholders in ensuring the timely approval of theeconomics modelling which will form the basis for the" go no go & quot; project initiationdecision
