- Assist Front Office Manager insupervising daily front desk activities according to theestablished guidelines.
- Prioritize and delegatedaily work responsibilities to front deskstaff.
- Train and guide front desk staffs toprovide quality customer services.
- Managestaffing schedules, shift changes, payrolls, and laborcosts.
- Resolve guest issues and enquiries toensure guest satisfaction.
- Schedule front deskmeeting to identify and resolve operational issues, accountingvariances, and housekeepingdiscrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategiesfor bell desk, front office and parking.
- Ensurethat facility is maintained clean, neat, safe andsecure.
- Ensure that employees are properlygroomed and dressed.
- Identify processimprovement to achieve financial and servicegoals.
- Plan shift schedule and duties based onbusiness forecast.
- Supervise the billing andcash processes to ensure compliance with companystandards.
- Provide feedback to the team memberson their performances and improvements.
- Assistin preparing yearly operating budgets, capital expenditure andmanpower budgets.
- Monitor and control expenseswithin the allotted budget.
