    The ideal candidate for Sales and Marketing Manager will lead initiatives in driving business growth and success for the company.

    The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing teams and overseeing the development and execution of strategies to generate new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and increase the company's market presence.

    They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.


    Responsibilities

    Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets Meetings with customers/clients face to face or over the phone Coordination of meetings for the Business Partner Identify partnership opportunities Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand Developing and maintaining a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience.

    Maintain existing projects Creating and executing advertising campaigns, promotions, and marketing materials to raise brand awareness and drive sales. Managing online marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.

    Producing engaging and valuable content such as content, blog posts, videos, infographics, reels and other platforms content to attract and engage prospects.

    Analyzing marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and making data-driven decisions. Thinking strategically - seeing the bigger p icture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4 years prior business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented Working strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes Development of client proposals & contracts Having a good understanding of the business's products or services and being able to advise others about them Ensuring team are on board throughout the organization, and understanding the need for change and what is required of them Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

    Leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and performance goals. Providing sales training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and improve performance. Evaluating the sales team's performance regularly and taking corrective actions when necessary. Ensuring the sales team builds and maintains strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Managing Director to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and lead generation strategies. Providing regular reports on sales performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management. Seeking ways of improving the way the business operat es Attending seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate Project management experience preferable

    Ability to inspire and motivate teams, provide clear direction, and lead by example Excellent verbal and written communication skills Capacity to develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies Strong data analysis and interpretation skills Deep understanding of customer needs and preferences Proficiency in negotiation techniques Knowledge of marketing principles, including branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation In-depth understanding of sales techniques, sales processes, and experience in managing sales teams Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
