Primary Purpose of Job:
The primary purpose ofthe job is to oversee and manage QatarEnergy's payrollactivities for its employees. This includes ensuring that payrollprocesses are conducted, recorded, and accounted for in accordancewith QatarEnergy's personnel procedures and other corporatepolicies.

The Payroll Manager maintains workflow in the PayrollSection under the supervision of the Head of the Section andprovides guidance and support to staff for improving systems andenhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and performQatarEnergy's payroll activities according to establishedprocedures.
Maintain confidentiality of payrollinformation.
Supervise the Payroll Section and ensure efficientworkflow.
Provide guidance and support to staff to enhance servicedelivery.
Collaborate with the Head of the Section to improvecurrent systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant corporate policiesand procedures.
Stay updated on payroll regulations and bestpractices.


Experience Skills:
15+ years of experience in medium tolarge organizations, with exposure to accounting and financefunctions.
Previous experience in a similar capacity in the oil andgas industry is advantageous.
Knowledge of computerized businessenvironments and experience with MS Office packages, SAP, orsimilar ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communicationskills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation.


Education:
Master's Degree in Finance, Commerce,Business, or Accounting.
Globally accepted professionalqualifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CharteredAccountant (CA), Cost & Management Accountant,etc
