Resident/ Hotel Manager - Doha

We are seeking an experienced Resident / Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 4-star property and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Security & Maintenance.
- Maintain service quality cleanliness brand standards across all departments lead motivate develop staff support department heads meeting targets oversee property maintenance health safety compliance SOP implementation conduct regular inspections rooms public areas maintain excellence Qualifications Bachelor degree Hospitality Management related field preferred 5+ years hotel operations experience including at least 2 years supervisory management role Fluent Arabic speaker mandatory Valid QID Qatar required Strong leadership communication problem-solving skills Knowledge PMS systems brand standards Ability work flexible shifts weekends holidays What We Looking For Guest-focused professional approachable Hands-on leader high attention detail Strong organizational team-building abilities Reliable driven committed delivering exceptional hospitality How Apply Please send CV - apply directly LinkedIn
