SHES Systems Head · Support theNFXP Onshore CONTRACTORS (all EPC Packages) in the preparation forsite mobilization and to provide expert safety, health, environmentand security (SHES) advice and guidance to all COMPANY andCONTRACTOR Project Area Division Managers and disciplines duringall phases of the Project, to achieve the Qatargas Mission toprotect its people, assets and environment.
· Manage allaspects of the COMPANY's Project SHES management system,its procedures and programs, ensures the effective and efficientimplementation of its associated procedures and programs, andmanages the project's continual improvement of the SHESmanagement system.
· Monitors the EPC CONTRACTOR(s)compliance with contractual requirements in accordance with therequirements stipulated in the SHES Instructions Part 1 to 5(Contract Exhibit 5).
· Monitors the project SHESperformance, reviews key performance indicators, developsimprovement action plans where required and reports project SHESperformance to management.
