    Leading the data governance team in theformation and execution of data governance framework policiesstandards Moreover ensuring that data quality requirements aredefined documented and translated into effective and consistentprocesses that improve the quality of data within AAB Manage andembed Data Quality projects initiatives that will deliver tangibledata quality improvement through root cause analysis data cleansingetc Establish and govern an enterprise data governanceimplementation roadmap that is aligned with AABs strategicdirection Roll out a data governance framework with a focus onimprovement of data quality and the protection of sensitive datathrough modifications to organization behavior policies andstandards principles governance metrics processes related tools anddata architecture Define roles and responsibilities related to datagovernance and ensure clear accountability of corporate datasystems Ensure that the requirements for protecting sensitive dataare clearly defined communicated and well understood and consideredas part of operational prioritization and planning Facilitate thedevelopment and implementation of data quality standards and dataprotection standards across AAB Define indicators of performanceand quality metrics and ensure compliance with data relatedpolicies standards roles and responsibilities Identify new businessopportunities pertaining to the use of information assets toachieve efficiency and effectiveness in themarketplace
