    Purpose of the Job:

    To achieve significant financial growth by developing relationships and interest in Aramex solutions based on customer requirements.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Generate and develop leads for Freight business in coordination with vertical marketing and field marketing activities to drive targeted revenue growth.
    2. Develop leads and create opportunities within assigned geographies through a value-based approach.
    3. Manage and grow existing businesses to generate sustainable revenue in additional regions and products.
    4. Analyze customers' business objectives to build profiles and act as a consultant for their business strategy.
    5. Translate customer strategy into meaningful opportunities for Aramex.
    6. Present solutions to customers, demonstrating value alignment.
    7. Identify and develop effective relationships with key contacts within customer organizations.
    8. Collaborate with solutions group to define innovative solutions that provide value to customers' business operations.
    9. Work with account managers to create seamless customer experiences.
    10. Perform sales processes and update customer information using CRM.
    11. Network with industry peers and internal affiliates to share best practices.
    12. Engage in research to expand knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
    2. Knowledge of the Qatar market.
    3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding and Logistics, preferably in Qatar.
    4. This is an outdoor role; a Qatar driving license is required.
    5. Fluent English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
