PositionOverview:
We are seeking an experienced ITGRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) Analyst to join our team. Theideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and handsonexperience in managing IT governance frameworks risk assessmentmethodologies and compliance standards. The role involvescollaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective governance andrisk management practices across IT systems andprocesses.

Responsibilities:
Developand maintain IT governance frameworks policies andprocedures.
Conduct risk assessments andvulnerability scans to identify potential security threats andvulnerabilities.
Monitor compliance withregulatory requirements industry standards and organizationalpolicies.
Provide guidance and support toproject teams on IT risk management and compliancematters.
Coordinate internal and externalaudits and assessments of ITcontrols.
Prepare and present reports tosenior management on IT GRC activities andfindings.


Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree in Information Technology Computer Science or a relatedfield.8 years of experience in IT governancerisk management or compliance roles.
Strongunderstanding of IT governance frameworks such as COBIT ITIL or ISO27001.Familiarity with risk assessmentmethodologies and tools.
Professionalcertifications such as CISA CISM CISSP or CRISCpreferred.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
Ability to workeffectively in a multiculturalenvironment.
Arabic language proficiencypreferred.
