We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operations of our properties, ensuring that they are safe and well-maintained for our tenants and visitors.

In this role, you will work closely with our property management team to develop and implement maintenance strategies, as well as ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. You will also be responsible for managing and scheduling maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills. You should have a solid understanding of building systems and maintenance processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of managing facilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily maintenance and operations of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies, including preventative maintenance programs
• Manage and coordinate maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers, ensuring that work is completed on time and to high standards
• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs, and take appropriate action to address them
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
• Manage the budget for facility maintenance and repairs, and optimize costs without compromising quality
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer software for facility management and reporting
