LOOKING FOR LOGISITICS COORDINATOR

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
  • 34 years of experience for the same position in oil and gas field
  • Must have knowledge in SAP
  • Open to hire outside Qatar
  • Salary plus Food, Accommodation and Transportation

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards.
  • Equipment and inbound Materials verification.
  • Checks, verifies and audits items and enters data into the system to ensure that item has been received and that it is not damaged or defective.
  • Equipment tracking.
  • Participate in the change of planning of logistics operations according to urgencies and nonplanned events on site while ensuring coordination with other entities
  • Ensure Hand Over day/night at each Loading/unloading of vessels and transmission of priorities from Hierarchy
  • Finalize Daily and Weekly report activities
  • Reporting
  • Daily Logistics Movements to Logistics support operation in Yard and warehouse / and Drilling
  • Backload/Transfer Manifests to Logistics support operation in Yard and warehouse / and Drilling
  • Tool & Equipment Tracking to Logistics support operation in Yard and warehouse / and Drilling
