We Would Like To Hear From Candidates That

• Have an excellent understanding of the policy, legislative and performance frameworks relating to refugee, migrant and asylum seeker support.
• Have significant experience of designing, implementing and managing complex services for vulnerable people, and ideally directly for displaced people.
• Have experience leading multi-agency responses to complex issues, including managing diverse stakeholders from across the health, care and voluntary sector, Civil Service, Local Politicians and Senior Leaders.
• Have excellent programme management, influencing, leadership and communication skills, and can apply and tailor these to changing circumstances.
