    Mainresponsibilities will include, but not limited to, achievingtargets such as P&L Budget and Forecast, adhering to HACCPand ECH Food Safety standards, food quality and guest satisfaction.

    • Responsible for the quality of all food servedthroughout the restaurants and banquet and ensures that the foodpresented to guests is consistently of high-quality standards.
    • To constantly be alert on freshness, presentations andtemperature of food served
    • Planning, co-ordination andsupervision of all menu implementations.
    • Guidesrespective Chef in charge of the outlet in creating and developingnew dishes and recipes by keeping up with the latest market trends.
    • Supervises all food tastingsessions.
