We are looking for a Batch 1 Senior Contracts Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Doha/India/Vietnam/Malaysia/Oman/China/Korea/Singapore (to be confirm)
Work status: Resident, Single
Start date 01-NOV-
End date: 31-OCT-
Resignation: 2 months' notice period

Qualification And Experience Required

1. Graduate degree from a recognized University in the discipline.
2. Graduate with a good level of contractual understanding, with at least 8 years' experience of contracts management on onshore/offshore oil & gas project.
3. Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with sound communication skills.
4. Good knowledge of standard contracts and CFT process
5. Good knowledge of GEP for tender execution.

Job Descriptions

Contract Tender Phase Administer the tendering process during EPC CFT to ensure the "due process" is respected and timely progress is achieved, including preparation and issuance of communication documentation with Tenderers, organisation of tender clarification meetings, organisation of tender correspondence, update of a register and filing, etc.

Prepare the Call for Tender documentation and specific Tender and Tender Evaluation Procedures in line with Project and Company procedures.

1. Ensure consistency in various contract documentations and deliverables and ITT documents.
2. Liaise with the relevant Major Projects Manager(s) in Charge of technical issues (DUET) to ensure that these are adequately incorporated into the tender process.
