• Evaluate mass-skilling needs based on stakeholders and clients' strategic business objective
• Build mass-skilling training programs in collaboration with the solution designer
• Assess and identify current and future skilling needs through market research, roles analysis, career paths, and consultation with technology providers
• Analyze and understand the demands and training needs of the stakeholders as defined in the ITP (Individual Training Plans).
• Identify and supply all the technical and educational training/classroom requirements such as handouts, content, instructional materials, aids, assessments, manuals, and any other course activities
• Initiate, prepare, and plan courses based on trend analysis and market studies conducted quarterly
• Develop and manage certification process to encourage trainee
• Develop a 4-stage quality evaluation model using Kirkpatrick and report ROI
• Design and build audience-based learning paths and activities
• Plan and manage webinars with experts and SMEs
• Own and drive program learning path activities
