Preferably Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering- 8 to 10 years of working experience handling building construction industries (Highrise buildings, commercial/Residential Buildings, villas or compound)
- Proficient in the use of Primavera (P6 version 8.2 or higher) and other software used in planning and project control
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS software
Duties:
-
Provides cost engineering expertise and develops cost estimation for the projects.
- Establishing cost based line
- Conducting cost variances
- Prepare variation orders
- Monitoring purchasing processes and Progress Payment
- Willing to work at project site
- Conducts cost analysis, cost control and monitoring of budget.
- Monitors cash flow & applies the necessary modifications if any
