1. OperationsManagement:

• Leadthe daytoday operations of security devices including Pulse Secureand Beyondtrust PAM ensuring their smooth operation and optimalperformance.
• Oversee the configurationmonitoring and maintenance of security devices to guarantee theiravailability andreliability.

1. ProactiveMaintenance:

• Provideproactive breakfix services conduct regular maintenance and ensuretimely software updates patches and firmware upgrades to preventdowntime and enhancesecurity.

1. PolicyManagement:

• Manageand maintain security policies rulesets and configurations acrossall monitored security devices to enforce security controls andensure compliance with business requirements and regulatorystandards.
• Regularly review and update policiesto address emerging threats and align with evolving businessneeds.

1. PatchManagement:

• Managethe timely application of patches firmware updates and securitypatches to security devices to mitigate vulnerabilities andmaintain a secureenvironment.

1. ReportingandAnalysis:

• Generatecomprehensive reports on security device performance incidentsalerts and operational metrics to provide valuable insights intothe organizations security posture.
• Analyzesecurity reports to identify trends vulnerabilities and areas forimprovement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance theorganizations overall securityposture.

1. VendorCoordination:

• Collaboratewith security device vendors and thirdparty service providers tocoordinate support activities maintenance tasks and issueresolution.
• Ensure timely escalation of issuesand effective communication with vendors to ensure the resolutionof technical challenges and adherence to service level agreements(SLAs).

• Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
• Minimum of 7 years of handson experiencein security device management with expertise in Pulse Secure andBeyondtrust PAM technologies.
• Strongunderstanding of cybersecurity principles best practices andregulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in policymanagement patch management and configuration of securitydevices.
• Excellent analytical problemsolvingand communication skills.
• Relevantcertifications such as Certified Information Systems SecurityProfessional (CISSP) or vendorspecific certifications (e.g. PulseSecure Certified Administrator) arepreferred.
