Job Purpose:
_


Fully responsible for the managing process of accommodation and housing the staff and follow the maintenance of their rooms control the consumption of water and electricity and control the company fleet.

Duties & Responsibilities:_


Include the following points. Other duties may be assigned in the future by the assistant HR asst. Manager.

  • Reviewed and ensured company proper processing rooming lists.
  • Ensure appropriate information is available.
  • Maintained clean and wellorganized rooms.
  • Handle the staff accommodation pest control.
  • Keeping Record showing the number of rooms and the number of employees in each room explain their full names, employee code, job titles and date of vacant.
  • Received maintenance requests from staff and verified of its seriousness.
  • Responsible for writing reports about maintenance of staff rooms.
  • Handle the staff accommodation materials.
  • Keeping Record of rooms keys and deliver rooms keys to staff after signing in the record.
  • Keep backup keys of rooms.
  • Planning to accommodate staff commensurate with the comfortable environment.
  • Give more attention to gender and grade of staff when planning for accommodation.
  • Supervision and followup on the availability of gas kitchen stoves.
  • Maintain the log of accommodation washing machines and refrigerators.
  • Coordinate in maintenance, electricity and paint of accommodation rooms with maintenance department in the company.
  • Handle the company fleet and motorbikes.
  • Control the company fleet (inspection, spare parts, and other issues).
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Salary:
QAR2, QAR2,500.00 per month


Ability to Commute:

  • Doha (preferred)
