Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, technical schools, and industry organizations to expand the talent pool and enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in HR or recruiting preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on IT or technical recruitment, preferably in a fastpaced environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets, including software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a proactive and resultsoriented approach to recruitment.

Salary:
From QAR4,500.00 per month

  • Qatar ID (required)
