  • Contracting experience more than 5 Years in Qatar
  • Procurement experience more than 5 Years, preferably on specialized materials for luxury residential / building projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Civil Engineering
  • Must have good communication skills and a strong negotiation personality
  • UPDA Certification a plus
  • CPP / CPPM Certification a plus:
  • Organizing and Processing Project Requisitions and ensuring the approval of the Procurement / Contracts Manager prior to Processing.
  • Verify quantities ordered and approval status of materials with relevant Project Manager.
  • Investigation and research availability of sources.
  • Negotiation with Suppliers and coordination to ensure delivery on time.
  • Develop and maintain database for materials, suppliers, and subcontractors (local and international).

QAR9, QAR12,000.00 per month
