HR RECRUITER
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Conduct regular followup to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Act as a single point of contact for new hires and help them onboard.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience of 45 years as a HR Recruiter.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
- Experienced in using search engines and drafting job descriptions.
- Experience with sourcing techniques.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills with confident attitude.
- Work experience in any MNC.
- MBA/PGD in Human Resources Management.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
