The purpose of this roleis to provide strategic and operational leadership, direction andsenior oversight, to all aspects of the organization and deliveryof care, clinical services and hospital administration.

The CEOshall set hospital objectives and ensure entity compliance withestablished HMC objectives, strategic plans, quality andoperational targets, corporate policies and long-range goals;collaborate at group and system level in planning for serviceprovision, clinical integration and quality improvement and isresponsible for managing information, exchange and interactionbetween the hospital and senior management of HMC.

• Within HMC's overallstrategic plan, develop strategic and operational plans for thehospital that incorporate short, and long term goals, for allservices provided.
• Provides leadership, direction anddecision-making support for hospital departments.
• Assurethe sound fiscal operation of the institution including the timely,accurate, and comprehensive development of an annual budget and itsimplementation. Essential Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree plus master's degree
• Currently working as CEO in a large bed hospital
• 13 years' experience in healthcare or othersimilar large organization out of which 5 years in a leadershiprole.
