Responsibilities:

Checking and Approving all Supplier invoice in ERP system
Checking and approving all Supplier/Employee payments
Review and Approving all Petty cash invoices and Payments
Addition of Fixed assets and monthly Depreciation in ERP system
Checking and Approving LPR in ERP system.
Checking and Approving LPO in ERP system.
Checking and Approving Seyana Division Job Invoice's in ERP System.
Checking and approving Monthly Accounting entries in ERP system.
Review of project cost and advise concerned division manager for cost to complete.
Arranging monthly Receivable reports
Arranging monthly / yearly Revenue reports
Analysing and monitoring monthly and yearly OH Expenses.
Checking and approving divisions projects in ERP system. 14. Checking monthly reconciliation (AP/AR/inventory/Project s/FSM)
Checking and Approving Monthly payroll in ERP Supervision of Accounts teamwork.
Assist Finance manager for Monthly closing and financial reports.
Assist Finance manager for Yearly closing and financial reports.
Handling Annual external Audit.
Supervising Yearly Stock Taking.
Monitoring Slow moving stocks
Assist Finance manager for yearly budget.
Arranging Forecast report as per the management requirement.
Handling all Finance manager duties and responsibilities during his Vacation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant
Indepth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Awareness of business trends
Familiarity with financial accounting statements
Experience with general ledger functions and the monthend/yearend close process
Handson experience with accounting software packages, like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred
