A leading distributor of Pharma and Biomedical Products is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator/Store Encoder to join our team in Qatar.

As a Logistics Coordinator/Store Encoder you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing all aspects of our company's logistics operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and costeffectiveness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the availability of required resources.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring compliance with local regulations and customs procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize inventory management and storage processes.
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports, identifying areas for improvement and costsaving opportunities.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport companies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel with Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics principles, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary will be discussed during the interview.
