    Description

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

    • Optimize Milaha's IT financial & business controlling processes & activities, in order to improve, simplify, standardize and/or automate management information, reporting and KPI's

    Value Management:
    Support economic investment decision calculation (business cases) and Business Analytics e.g. payback of investments, simulation of investment needs for technology refresh

    Savings Tracking:
    Ensure savings targets for re-organizations, efficiency programs and investment decisions

    Sustainability:
    Support Milaha's continuous ambition by improving our IT-costs efficiency measures (KPI reporting)


    • Ensure commitment from vendors on management and operative level (e.g. through contractual penalties)
    • Agree on collaboration model, concrete deliverables and time plans, seniority level of the provided team as well as the required budget
    • Reporting and analyzing of IT costs (OPEX) and IT investments (CAPEX)
    • Calculation and charging of IT Services cost to different Milaha's Business Units and Corporate Functions, develop more simplified methodology for internal cost allocations and recharges, and oversee the process
    • Full license management for different IT resources including the cloud and on-Premises licenses, in terms of utilization and compliance
    • Supports the Head of IT in Finance and Contract management during the annual budget process
    • Analyses deviations between actual and forecasted performance and makes recommendations towards the controlling management.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, where colleagues are encouraged and recognized for generating and implementing innovative ideas
    • Monitor spend and ensure compliance of invoicing by third party service provider
    • Analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems and future trends, assess potential solutions, impacts, and risks
    • Reduce IT assests maintenance cost and complexity thru standardization and simplification of the architecture
    • Identification of suitable providers and management of vendor selection process and recommendation to Purchasing
    • Concrete definition of contract terms and conditions and development of pricing agreements and ongoing evaluation of provided services against agreed scope
    • Management of change requests to extend or decrease scope, definition and adjustment of Service Level Agreements
    • Tracking of non-vendor related open items and program-internal tasks and management of sign off processes
    • Implementation of penalties & claim mgmt and IT vendor's payment processing
    • Day-to-day vendor management topics - incident reporting, update on critical issues/risks, discussion of new requirements, change requests and escalations
